Festival of Childhood

Brooke is chalk drawing at the annual Festival of Childhood event on April 30th for the Echo Parenting and Education Center at 1226 Alvarado St in Echo Park. Echo Parenting & Education offers each year the Festival of Childhood: Peace through a Child’s Eyes. This is an open-air street festival, free for everyone. It is held in conjunction with the Day of the Child and National Child Abuse Prevention. For one whole day the block is filled with music, laughter and color as children and families visit community booths and take part in arts and health activities.
